About Us
As part of Truth and Reconciliation in Canada, we acknowledge with gratitude and respect the traditional lands of the Anishinabewaki and Attiwonderonk Nations. May we honour their teachings.
Crossfield Publishing appeared on the map in Calgary in 2000. Prior to that we were busy honing our skills in the “new technique” of desktop publishing in Montreal. Our leap to book publishing came with the launch of our first title, Quin Kola, Tom Payne’s Search for Gold, by Alice V Payne, as bold a move as our relocation.
Crossfield went on to publish across multiple genres covering diverse topics. Publisher Tina Crossfield’s own experience defines the scope of our work, threaded by the realms of science, nature, arts, and history. Our commitment to honesty, diversity, and integrity drivers our interests. Our books satisfy our readers and contribute to the greater knowledge of a subject.
Crossfield’s final relocation to St. Marys, near London, Ontario, Canada, has made us even stronger. A Canadian-based independent publisher, we promote primarily Canadian authors and subjects.
