About Us

Crossfield Publishing appeared on the map in Calgary, 2000. They had previously been working in Montreal, honing their skills in the new techniques of desktop publishing. The leap to books was as bold as their relocation, and saw their first title, Quin Kola, Tom Payne’s Search for Gold, by Alice V Payne. Riding on that success, Crossfield went on to publish different genres and diverse topics. The scope of Crossfield’s work is defined by the publisher’s own experience, and is threaded by science, nature, arts and history. The commitment to honesty, diversity and integrity drives the company’s interests. These are books that satisfy their readers and contribute to the greater knowledge of a subject. Crossfield’s relocation to St Marys in 2013 has made them even stronger and more resilient.
